An effective executive assistant as an important element of an organization's success

in this article, the author highlights the problem of an effective executive assistant and the transformation of requirements for their abilities and professional-important personal qualities. The article emphasizes the importance and necessity of an effective and professionally competent executive assistant. The author describes the content of the term "effective executive assistant" and provides a methodological review on the effectiveness of executive assistants. The author describes the following methodological principles as the leading principles of his research: objective psychological research, psychophysical unity, socio-historical analysis of human activity, individualization of research, the genetic principle, and the principle of multiple representations and knowledge.In addition, the author describes the structure of the professionally important qualities of a manager's assistant, which includes the following components: organizational, motivational, emotional-volitional, and cognitive. Each of these components has a psychological interpretation. The article also describes a diagnostic tool that allows for the assessment of the level of development of each of these components. The author emphasizes that the novelty of this research lies in the development and description of an author's questionnaire for diagnosing the level of development of the cognitive component in the personality structure of a manager's assistant (authored by Kashirsky D.V. and Nikashin V.A.).
