Abstract
in the context of globalization, social change and cultural diversity, the likelihood of conflicts is increasing, which requires specialists in the field of conflictology to have not only deep theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills in conflict management. Social changes associated with the transition of societies to new stages of economic and political development can also become a source of tension, especially in those regions where traditional values sharply contradict modern trends. Trainings, as a form of active and interactive learning, are becoming an important tool in the preparation of future conflictologists. They contribute to the development of key competencies such as emotional intelligence, communication skills, conflict resolution and effective leadership. In addition, the practical application of knowledge in a safe and controlled training environment allows future specialists to experiment with various behavior strategies, analyzing the consequences of their actions. Thus, the study of the role of trainings in the formation of effective behavior strategies in conflictologists will not only enrich the scientific literature, but also offer practical recommendations for educational institutions working in the field of training specialists in conflict management. This, in turn, will improve the quality of education and prepare future professionals for successful implementation in their activities.
