Abstract
the study is dedicated to the analysis of the dynamics of the perception of the educational environment of higher education institutions by international students. The primary research methods involved psychodiagnostic testing, methods of mathematical and statistical data processing, and interpretative methods. At each stage of academic and professional activities, the perception of the educational environment by students undergoes changes. These changes are associated with a transition from dependent and passive characteristics to active and independent ones. The dynamics indicate a growth in both personal and professional competencies of international students, which is confirmed by their engagement in the educational process. The results obtained may serve as a basis for the development of programs supporting international students.
