Abstract

An approach, based on multi-criteria data analysis, allowing a quick assessment of problems associated with the documents execution, is considered. As one of the management decision support tools it is aimed at monitoring of document execution modes and facilitate the identification of the most important documents for making operational decisions, which arise problems during the execution. The possibility of implementing performance discipline monitoring modes based on multi-criteria data ana­lysis is presented.
