A subscription from any month can be issued directly at the editorial office of the journal “Herald of VNIIDAD” (Industry Center for Sci-tech information of the All-Russian Scientific and Research Institute for Records and Archives Management). At the request of the subscriber, an invoice for advance payment is issued and a subscription agreement is concluded, all necessary documents are provided.
