Abstract
modern scientific research indicates that the frequent use of digital technologies has a significant impact on humans. Digital technologies play a particularly important role in intellectual sports, such as checkers and chess. Checkers has long been using a hybrid learning method using digital tools and online platforms as an integral part of every student's athletic training. Special computer programs can improve the quality of an athlete's game, improve specialized skills, develop "agile intelligence" and other cognitive abilities. The purpose of our research is to consider modern aspects in the field of hybrid training in intellectual sports using digital tools. The study provides a review of the literature on digital technologies in sports, which examines digital tools that can be used in the training of an athlete in draughts. The research of digital technologies in intellectual sports is mainly focused on descriptive analysis. The systematic approach provides a theoretical basis for studying the issues of effectiveness and benefit.
