A study of the results of a survey of students of the Russian Customs Academy, assigned to a special medical group

the article is devoted to studying the level of awareness of students of the Russian Customs Academy, assigned to a special medical group, in the need for therapeutic physical training (hereinafter - TPT). During the survey, attention was focused on the presence of experience in such classes; factors that prompted students to engage in this practice, its effectiveness; the choice of optimal places for doing exercises; factors that hinder the acquisition of experience in TPT classes. The reasons for the insufficient involvement of students in TPT classes were identified, among which the following can be noted: lack of education of students in this area, monotony of exercises, lack of mastery of the correct technique, impatience in obtaining a noticeable result. Ways to solve these problems are proposed, including the involvement of an experienced mentor, the organization of educational lessons on the benefits and necessity of TPT classes and the creation of groups for TPT classes in the RCA.
