Abstract
the article presents the results of a study on the effectiveness of a comprehensive combat sports program (boxing, sambo) in the psychophysical rehabilitation of military personnel with PTSD. Forty veterans, divided into experimental and control groups, participated in a three-month experiment. Based on psychodiagnostics (PCL-5, BDI-II, STAI) and functional tests (Ruffier test), the experimental group showed a statistically significant reduction in PTSD symptoms, depression, anxiety, and improved physical performance. The program is concluded to be an effective complementary rehabilitation method.
