Abstract
family is the most valuable asset of society and man. The stronger the family, the stronger the society. After all, people grow up in families. It is the family and parents who bring up people who are smart, educated, with a broad worldview, exemplary behavior, proactive, independent, possessing organizational skills, taking an active life position. Such people are useful to society. Therefore, the state wants members of society and citizens to enter into successful marriages and live in happy family conditions. If there is a positive moral and psychological atmosphere in the family, if family relationships are properly established, if the husband and wife treat each other with respect, then the family is prosperous, and the parents will also take care of the upbringing of children. Therefore, as before, it is important to purposefully, systematically and continuously prepare young people for independent family life and the upbringing of future children. The article discusses the issues of preparing students for independent family life and the upbringing of children in pedagogical theory and practice.
