Abstract
The effectiveness of teaching students a foreign language based on artificial intelligence technologies depends on taking into account a number of conditions. One and the most important of them is motivation. Abstract
The advantages of using the quiz technology in the history generalization lesson are considered. The features of using such a game are revealed, which allows students to be interested, as well as to check the quality of knowledge of the material. The practical advantages of quizzes that allow the most efficient and dynamic conduct of a generalization lesson on the theory are revealed. The results of the study are promising for conducting lessons in various school subjects in educational institutions.

Legal basis for interaction between the Russian Orthodox Church and the state during the Soviet period
Abstract
An analysis of the legal regulation of the process of interaction between the Russian Orthodox Church and the state in normative legal acts issued by the Soviet state from the first months of its existence until the collapse of the USSR was carried out. A conclusion is drawn about the discriminatory nature of the regulatory legal framework in this area, despite the constitutional enshrinement of freedom of conscience, as well as the repressive nature of the implementation and enforcement of relevant legal norms.

Abstract
At the moment, there are many problematic issues related to the application of Art. 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, requiring a search for ways to solve them. In this regard, the purpose research is to study the legal foundations, problematic aspects and ways to eliminate them in the field of bringing debtors to criminal liability for failure to comply with judicial acts, as well as a parallel analysis and comparison of the current legislation of foreign countries with the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation.

The problem of defining the concept of “interaction between the state and business”
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to define the concept of “interaction between the state and business”. The need to establish the content of the required definition is dictated by the lack of its legislative interpretation. In order to achieve this goal, the regulatory definition given in the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 No. 224-FZ “On public-private partnership, municipal-private partnership in the Russian Federation and amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation” was analyzed, and also various doctrinal interpretations of this definition. As a result of the study, the author’s independent definition of the concept of “interaction between the state and business” is presented.

Issues related to registration and documentation of illegal real estate transactions are considered. The importance of establishing the fact of violation of the law and the commission of an offense in this situation, as well as the formation of an evidence base in the investigation of crimes in the economic sphere, is noted. Attention is paid to changes in the mechanism for registering transactions with real estate and the increased number of frauds with real estate in recent years.

Administrative and legal regulation of arms turnover in Russia
Abstract
The issue of legal regulation of arms turnover is investigated. A retrospective and substantive analysis of the legislation on weapons is carried out. It is concluded that the legislation on weapons is not liberal in nature, the trend in the development of regulatory regulation of arms turnover is to tighten the requirements for the circulation of weapons and their use, which is justified by a number of reasons noted in the work.

The Greek emigrants’ activity in Italy of the XIV–XV centuries
Abstract
The process’s analysis of Byzantine migration to Italy of the XIV–XV centuries is given. It is shown that due to the Turkish threat and the disastrous internal situation of Byzantium itself, contacts with the West became more frequent. In the course of establishing new ties, the intellectual environment of the Byzantines showed an increasingly active interest in the cultural and ideological trends of the West, and some of its representatives decided to migrate to Italy. The conclusion is made about the influence of Greek emigrants on the culture of Italy.

The role of German Empire in the revolt of the Czech-Slovak Corps
Abstract
The role of German Empire in the mutiny of the Czech-Slovak Corps, which occurred on May 25, 1918, is considered. The actions of German anti-war propaganda against the Russian army are analyzed. The reasons for German Empire’s desire to liquidate the corps are considered. An assessment is made of the German influence on Soviet power and policy towards the corps. The opinion of soldiers of the Czech-Slovak Сorps about German influence was studied. The influence of German Empire on the causes of the corps mutiny is assessed.

Comparative analysis of vocalisms in English and Chinese
Abstract
The sequential study of English and Chinese languages is considered. A comparative analysis of the vocalisms of the Chinese and English languages is carried out, their similarities and differences are revealed, and phonetic features of vowel sounds are analyzed. The principles of the formation of vocalisms through the organs of the speech apparatus are analyzed. With the help of examples, the use of vowel sounds in speech is considered.

Studying the linguistic expression of the concepts “smile”/ “laughter” in English and Russian as an aspect of intercultural education
Abstract
A study is conducted on how the phenomenon of a smile is related to stable expressions in the Russian and English languages. The origin of the term “emoticon” has been established, and its influence on people from different countries has also been studied. A connection has been established between the frequency of use of the concepts “laughter” and “smile” with manifestations of smiling in the English and Russian languages. A comparative analysis of stable expressions in the English and Russian languages is carried out, and a connection is established between the frequency of use of these expressions and the behavior of residents of English- and Russian-speaking countries. The reason why Russians are considered “cold” from the point of view of people living in Western and European countries is also considered.

Abstract
The main factors determining the national specifics of the Irish variety of English are considered. Based on the sample, classification and analysis of culturally specific lexical units at the level of words and phrases, phraseological units, proverbs and sayings are carried out. A number of features characteristic of the Irish language personality are identified. The ways of reflecting the national identity of the life and mentality of the Irish at the verbal and semantic level are established.

Abstract
The issue of formation and development of sociocultural competence when studying French as a second foreign language after English is considered. The reasons for the occurrence of cultural errors in students when teaching them a second foreign language, as well as the levels of formation of cross-cultural literacy are analyzed. A comparative analysis of traditions and customs has been carried out, familiarity with which can help the student form the most comprehensive picture of a foreign cultural environment in the context of multilingualism.

The purpose of the study is to summarize materials on the activities of state archives to fulfill requests of a social and legal nature. One of the most important tasks of archives is related to the implementation of the legal rights of citizens and providing them with information regarding civil status, education, work experience, wages, etc. In Russia, a regulatory framework has been formed that regulates the deadlines and technology for working with such requests. The introduction of digital technologies also brings many changes to these activities.

The purpose of the study is to draw attention to the history of the origin and use of graphic elements in official documents at the present stage. Throughout the history of documentation development, standard rules and traditions of document preparation have changed and developed. The history of the design of such graphic elements as a seal, coat of arms, emblem, trademark has changed over the years and has strived for a unified approach. In the modern period, a regulatory framework has been formed for the design of graphic elements in official documents, without complying with the requirements that the documents will not have legal force.

Задача Пифагора и ее применение
Abstract
Using the example of one of the most ancient number-theoretic problems – the Pythagorean problem – schoolchildren can demonstrate the connections between various mathematical disciplines, at first glance, completely unrelated to each other. The Pythagorean problem establishes a connection between number theory, geometry, and mathematical analysis. The paper considers a brief history of the Pythagorean problem, provides arithmetic and geometric ways of solving it, the connection with Diophantine equations, the use of solutions to the Pythagorean problem to obtain rational parametrization of conic sections, as well as for calculating integrals containing irrationality.

Self-harming behavior of adolescents: features of formation and danger of the trend
Abstract
There is now an epidemic of self-harming suicidal behavior in the world. Self-harm is aggressive behavior directed at oneself, which is manifested by conscious and deliberate attempts to harm oneself and one’s body without the goal of committing suicide. The aim of the work is to study the features of the manifestation and causes of the formation of suicidal self-harming behavior in adolescents. To identify the features of self-harm formation, a study of mental state indicators is conducted in groups of schoolchildren of grades 10–11 and patients of the neuropsychiatric department with signs of self-harm. It is revealed that in adolescents with manifestations of non-suicidal self-harm, the indicators of autoaggression, anxiety, and depression are at a higher level.
