Resumo
The article is devoted to the study, within the framework of the study of Russophony and Francophony in the diachronic aspect, of the continuity of the Principality of Moscow (and later the Russian state) of the French military experience and strategy of warfare. The article examines Russia’s perception of the experience of the Western European “military revolution” with its new achievements in military doctrine, science and technology and analyzes the historical role of French mercenaries - reiters as a special phenomenon of the European military culture of the 16th-17th centuries and their influence on Russian culture.
