This article emphasizes a negative influence of the society is ideology on the system of evaluation criteria of the soviet philosopher s'creation. Lenin's party spirit principle has become the external value (ideologic) factor that brought about a change in the relations inside the scientific society and in the regularities inherent in the formation of philosophical tradition establishing standards and ideals. Study of thesign system of conditionalreflex defensive activity
Abstract
The article develops the statement that the content of the sign - conditional stimulus - includes the ''idealized'' activity-inducing properties of the unconditional stimulus inducing activity. In a conditional defense reflex this activity is aimed at the riddance of damaging factors. It is shown that due to the sign, which embodied the ''idealized'' form of pain-causing stimulus, the animals are able to keep indirect contact with it.

Lossky as a followerof all-unity philosophy
Abstract
The subject under consideration is N.O. Lossky's philosophy doctrine in terms of all-unity philosophy. The all-unity philosophy originates from various sources. Lossky relies upon neo-Leibnizism. Lossky's all-unity ideas are studied in the context of the concepts that determined the peculiarity of the Russian religious tradition of XIX-XX. The concept of all-unity pervades the total ontology, epistemology, philosophical anthropology, ethics, axiology and aesthetics of N.O. Lossky. His all-unity concept has an integral, synthesizing nature. It belongs to the vitalism philosophy assuming a scale of the universe in the doctrine of the Russian philosophers. Nowadays the all-unity metaphysics is often perceived as a variant of the Christian philosophy. This article claims that the philosophy doctrine by N.O. Lossky is far from the Christian view of the world. Besides Lossky appears as a moralist philosopher in his all-unity doctrine

Abstract
The subject under consideration is the limitations the Article 1 № 1 Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms imposes on the state's margin of appreciation in determination of legitimate aims justifying the restrictions of the right to property in the sphere of criminal procedure and corresponding measures. The author comes to the conclusion that a state рфы the maximum possible freedom in determination of social interests to be protected by imposition of different restrictions on the property right in criminal procedure as well as corresponding measures. At the same time, the European Court of Human Rights virtually substitutes the state in this process when the Government fails to identify clearly specific aims justifying the limitation of right to property and when the rational connection between the declared social interests and the measures imposed is ill-founded.

Codes of corporateconduct in the EUand Russia as a sourceof norms for protectionof minority shareholders
Abstract
The article highlights the fact that the EU started to understand the importance of proper corporate governance and necessity of reforming thereof. The EU took a decision to apply corporate governance codes for the purpose of corporate practice improvement. The article describes the appearance in the EU (UK, Germany and France) of the documents dedicated to various corporate governance aspects, which then formed the basis of the codes. The detailed regulation of a number of issues in the Code of Corporate Conduct of the Federal Commission for Securities Market is outlined, the reasons wherefore are explained. The codes enforcement mechanism in the given countries is described. It is highlighted that the codes serve as a true operating guidance.
It is concluded that along with the issues directly affecting the minority shareholders rights and interests the codes include the general issues pertaining to the companys activity which are no less important for the minoritaries and other shareholders.

The article deals with the question of usage of tamga as a protonotarial element in the civil law property relations in the Bashkin area during XVII-XVIII centuries. About participationof translator in modern criminalprocedures in Russia
Abstract
The subject under consideration is the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RF in respect of the translator's legal status. The articles of the Code are studied in respect of their compliance to the purposes of the criminal proceedings and ensuring protection of the legitimate interest of the citizens. Based on the analyses it is concluded that the existing provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code governing the procedural rights and obligations of the translator are obsolete and shall be reconsidered. Possible scheme of such changes is introduced.
