Abstract
The article considers the current problem of human trafficking and slavery of illegal migrants; based on the results of evaluation of problematic situation in the sphere of external and internal labour migration in the most socially and economically favourable regions of the Far East, this article suggests the model of external and internal labour migration management under conditions of newly adopted Federal laws.
