Abstract
The system of labor motives of industrial workers peculiar to the modern Russian economics is considered. The author of the article uses theoretical and methodological approaches to labor motivation studies as well as the data of his own research on motivation of industrial workers of enterprises in Ulyanovsk region. The undertaken research allowed to track the dynamics of industrial workers labor motives, determine their difference from the labor motives of other groups of employees.
