Abstract
The article is devoted to health care services in primary care. The relevance of the study determine the conductivity of activities aimed at improving the availability and quality of care. The article analyzes the security of the population by medical personnel, studied the dynamics of the volume of outpatient care. We have shown that despite increased preventive orientation, significant changes in performance on the part of the total mortality, hospitalization in hospitals did not happen.
