Educational strategies of bachelor’s degree graduates of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation: attitudes toward master’s and doctoral studies

Abstract

The issue of how bachelor’s degree graduates choose their future educational strategies is relevant in the context of current socioeconomic conditions in the labor market. This article presents the results of a study examining the attitudes of final-year students at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation toward master’s and doctoral studies within the framework of their chosen educational strategies. The study utilized a quantitative online survey of students and expert interviews with university representatives and higher education authorities. This study resulted in a typology of educational strategies.
