Abstract

The article deals with the determination of carbon (glucose, maltose) and nitrogen (NH 4NO 3, (NH 4) 2SO 4) sources which ensure the biosynthesis of protein by the producer strain in submerged culture in the most effective way. The main substrate for the technology of Fusarium sambucinum D-104 biomass production has been chosen.
