Abstract

For a long time in Europe and the US there is a departure from the methods of testing to dialogue forms of career guidance. This is due to the ability to provide feedback to students, as well as compiling individual recommendations. At the same time interdisciplinary approaches to career counseling gain increasing popularity. In particular, the narrative method of career guidance allows to integrate the advantages of the approaches proposed by psychologists, sociologists, educators and others. This article discusses the prospects for the use of this method, as well as its limitations.
