Abstract
Оn the issue of Work associated with the concepts of controllability and observability wheeled and tracked vehicles. Based on the analysis of algorithmic schemes of man-machine system "car driver"-Wednesday-considers the direct evaluation of dynamic properties of an object, as well as the integral evaluation of manageability that are systemic in nature.
