APPLICATION OF INTERACTIVE FORMS OF EDUCATION IN THE TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS OF THE MOTOR TRANSPORT
摘要
The article presents an analysis of the principles of interactive forms of education, skills of the teacher, their practical implementation in the training of auto transport professionals. The common cultural and professional competences necessary for the successful implementation of interactive forms of education are identified. The group of disciplines of the professional cycle 190600, which guaranteesan effective use of interactive forms of education is established. The basic principles of interactive forms of education and experience in the development of interactive lectures are analyzed.

摘要
The paper establishes the necessity and demonstrates the possibilities of a novel approach to the fundamentalization of professional education based on the method of the intellectual and information support of the professional activity. The described approach guarantees the consolidation of the strengths of the applied and academic baccalaureate which in the end allows to satisfy the demand of industrial enterprises and organizations for specialists whose professional qualities meet the requirements of the rapidly developing economy. The research shows that in the conditions of the innovative development of the economy the priority of the fundamentalization of the professional training is the formation of the integral meta-knowledge of the professional activity which is the “genetic” basis for generating of the up-to-date concrete practically oriented knowledge applied in the real practical activity and guaranteeing the self-development of a specialist according to the changing personal and social demands.

VISUALIZATION TUTORIALS AS A TOOL FOR OVERCOMING COMMUNICATION BARRIERS

The article analyzes the problem of communication barriers in the learning process. The integral system of communication barriers is modeled. The hypothesis is that visualization tutorials can be used as a means of overcoming barriers. It is established experimentally that the use of visualization tools increases the degree of assimilation of the information in the presence of barriers to 30-40 %.

THE USE OF INTERACTIVE TEACHING METHODS IN THE PREPARATION OF BACHELORS
摘要
The article presents the interactive methods of teaching students in the direction 190600 «Operation of transport and technological machines and systems». The technology of delivering lectures in the form of dialogue, presentations and lectures scheduled errors, the use of practical exercises on group discussions, «brainstorming» and the case method is considered. At the laboratory work the students are involved in the explanation, work in small groups, simulate specific situations. The forms of interactive methods that increase the activity of students and their motivation to learn are considered.

THE PREDICTION OF EFFECTIVENESS AND THE FORMATION OF COUPLES «HEAD - HEADED» IN THE STUDENT RESEARCH

The effective form of implementing competency-learning paradigms in high school is «the matrix structure of the educational process» in which each student is included not only in their study group, but also in a little research group. It is the teacher who directs the work of this group. The leader of the group is a graduate, and every member of group is in charge of his colleague - «head», which is one year ahead of him. The article describes the method of estimating the expected performance of interaction couples «head-headed» by information of psychological tests and other characteristics of the participants.

The author also analyzes a seminar lesson dedicated to installation as a creative method of the scenario dramatized action.

In this paper we attempt to determine the degree of importance of the motivational component of the personality of university students, their social attitudes in need-motivational sphere in the process of preparation of the expert professional. The paper proposes an integrated approach to the consideration of the nature and structure of motivation and motive. We discussed ways of classifying the motives suggested by various researchers of the problem. This paper describes a study whose purpose is to analyze the features of the socio-psychological attitudes of individual students at different stages of the learning process at the university. We conducted a study and described it, agreed goals and objectives, analyze the results.

In article the problem of the measurability of knowledge and formation of competences of professional education when studying discipline "History" is considered. The tests representing interconnected sequence of elements of a matrix which is defined not only algorithm and logic of the solution of educational tasks, but also dependence of receiving the correct answer on right performance previous are offered. It is shown that in modern education the essential role will be played by the personified training relying on sampling and measurability of the content of educational process.
