Abstract
Today's society actively moves by information era, demanding from experts of more and more high level of training. Therefore educational institutions are faced by certain tasks. The article deals with trends of development of education for realization of the objects set for educational institutions are considered. The author pays special attention to separate disciplines for which studying the practical side is necessary. Therefore, it takes a universal way of training for subject of the doctrine - the electronic textbook. At the same time in article need of introduction of this phenomenon in educational institutions of system of law-enforcement bodies for training of cadets is described by skills which will be necessary for him in future professional activity.
