HOSPITAL CLOWN IN THE STRUCTURE OF TECHNOLOGIES OF SOCIO-CULTURAL REHABILITATION

Abstract

The aim is generalization of experience of realization the technologies of hospital clown and clown therapy in the practice of socio-cultural activity. The features of development the technologies of hospital clown in the Russian and foreign practice of social-cultural rehabilitation are open up. The phenomenon of the hospital clown is studied as a system of its tasks, functions, evolution in Russia and foreign countries. The features of the education of volunteers and professionals are investigated in area of clown therapy; the most effective approaches and receptions were analyzed. The analysis of activity of international organizations in the area of clown therapy is given. The experience of activity of leading specialists in the area of hospital clown (P. Adams, W. Bernie, C. Simonds, V.M. Olshansky, K. Sedov and others is considered. The main direction of activity of the organizations of hospital clown - providing of regular social support and help in the hospitals and in the hospices for children with heavy diseases and their parents are presented. This type of socio-cultural rehabilitation supposes a help in socialization and harmonization of children-orphans in child’s houses and child’s funny houses; assistance of adaptation and rehabilitation the children, getting in difficult vital situations as a result of emergencies.
