Medical and social examination for patients with essential tremor

Abstract

Essential tremor - is the most widespread extrapyramidal disease the basic display of which is making the progress postural and kinetic tremor. Inspection of 410 sick, being in an account in the Nizhegorodskiy town room of helping to the patients with extrapyramidal pathology, has been showed that during determination of group of disability the functional limitations, caused by tremor, are not taken into consideration.
The analysis of difficulties and mistakes during realization of medical and social expertise of essential tremor has been conducted, the criteria of determination of group of disability have been worked out.
