Abstract
Cytotoxic activity of the newly synthesized phosphinolinium-type bromide salts was evaluated against two cell lines of human origin: A549 lung adenocarcinoma and U251 glioblastoma using the sulforhodamine B assay. Compound with long alkyl chain demonstrate a stronger effect on viability of two cell lines than cysplatin.
