Abstract
The technology of thermionic thermal protection of thermostressed elements for aviation and space equipment is discussed. This technology is based on the thermionic emission phenomenon. Estimations of temperature decrease of the surface of thermostressed subsystems of reusable spacecraft and orbital launch vehicles at the thermionic thermal protection application are given.
