Abstract

A single-element diamond-based UV photodetector that can be used for spectrophotometric facilities is demonstrated. The UV photodetector has photoelectric sensitivity depending on the value of the applied bias voltage. Experimentally obtained variable spectral responses of the photoelectric sensitivity are demonstrated. The applicability of such photodetectors for optoelectronic devices used in multicomponent spectrophotometric systems for the analysis of multicomponent mixtures is considered.
