Abstract

The lag modeling procedure makes it possible to solve a dynamic problem of optimization of mine design capacity by the maximum integral optimality criteria. The lag factor has influence on asymptotic dependence between the optimal mine deign capacity and mineral reserves, which governs the decrease in the limiting efficiency of mineral mining. The lag models are used to substantiate the optimal cupriferous ore output of room-and-pillar mining in the West site if Oktyabrsky copper–nickel deposit.
