Abstract
Published data on the application of silver nanoparticles to spectrophotometry are summarized. Data on methods of synthesis of silver nanoparticles and their optical properties are presented. The main approaches to the spectrophotometric determination of substances using silver nanoparticles are discussed. Examples of the determination of metal ions, anions, and organic compounds are given.
