Abstract
The organizing committee of the third congress of domestic psychiatrists, convened in St. Petersburg from December 27,1909 to January 5,1910, in accordance with the decision of the commission for the establishment of the Russian Union of Psychiatrists and Neuropathologists, informs fellow psychiatrists and neuropathologists that on January 2 at 8 pm there will be a meeting of the founders of the union.
