Abstract

This paper analyzes the ethical problems of creating and publishing a scientific work. Particular attention is paid to the issues of borrowing, rewriting, fake information, and the use of network resources. The activities of the editor and reviewer of a scientific work are considered. The concepts of “self-identification,” “self-consciousness,” and “value imperatives” are discussed in the aspect of deontology.
