Resumo
The special features of the activity of operators of round-the-clock medical contact centers in the system of voluntary medical insurance at the present stage are characterized by a constant increase in the complexity of the performed actions, a saturation of their intellectual functions, an increase in the volume and intensity of the processed information. The activities of specialists of round-the-clock medical contact centers in the system of voluntary medical insurance can presumably be considered as highly dangerous in terms of the risk of developing «professional burnout», a phenomenon that extremely negatively affects the ability of highly qualified specialists to effectively carry out labor activities that contribute to reducing their professional longevity.
