Abstract
The main criteria and conditions of activities of «Thermo King» company in the Russian market are designated.
Economical aspects, ecological requirements, new logistics schemes, changes in the system of distribution, guarantee obligations and other interrelated problems which arise when selling, servicing of the transportation refrigerating-heating and air-conditioning units of «Thermo King» company are considered.
