Аннотация

Публикация посвящена обзору эффективности и безопасности применения мометазона фуроата при полипозном синусите по данным литературных источников. Приведены результаты последних исследований с высоким уровнем доказательности. Рассмотрены вопросы системной биодоступности, применения топических стероидов в качестве монотерапии и в послеоперационном периоде. Дана оценка безопасности применения мометазона фуроата и оценены его возможные побочные эффекты и возможные причины неэффективности лечения.
