Full intestinal metaplasiagastric mucosa as precancerousconditions: problemspathomorphological diagnosis
Abstract
The results of the survey 27 patients aged 21 to 62 years. Among which were 9 persons with
chronic atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia total, 6 of HAG and incomplete, 7 men with
moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma of the stomach and the presence of intestinal metaplasia in
the surrounding areas (5 mm from the tumor) and 5 persons with unmodified coolant. Conducted
general clinical and fibrogastroskopicheskoe study with target biopsy and hromogastroskopiey with
10% acetylcysteine and 1% solution of methylene blue

The peculiarities ofpenis elastic fiber inpatients with erectiledysfunction andpeyronie's disease
Abstract
The aim of this research was to study the morphologic characteristic of penis elastic fibers in patients with
erectile dysfunction (ED) and Peyronies disease (PD) by morphometric methods. Taken material was penis
biopsy of 23 patients with ED and 9 patients with PD. Elastic fibers were tudied with the help of resorcinfuchsin
by Veigerts and Vergofs methods. The qualitative changes of elastic fibers such as bifurcation of
fibers, decolorization, cob formation, fiber thinning combining with structure thickening were detected.
The decreasing of elastic fibers quantity in tunica albuginea and corpus cavernosa of penis in patients with
ED and PD was noted. These elastic fibers can not be considered as physiologic fibers because they dont
make their function. Their malfunction and their increasing in tissue of penis evidently lead to the
deterioration of penis elasticity and erectile disorder

Structural characteristicsof musculus sphincterani externus dissectedfrom people ofdifferent ages
Abstract
The aim of our study was to investigate the structure, microtopography and quantitative
characteristics of musculus sphincter ani externus dissected from people of different ages. It was shown
that different parts of musculus sphincter ani externus (subcutaneous, superficial and profound) are
characterized by significant morphological differences, particularly associated with the number and
size of muscular fascicles separated by thin interlayers of connective tissue. The greatest number of
muscular fascicles was found in the subcutaneous part of the sphincter and the lowest number of
muscular fascicles was observed in the superficial part of the muscle. We also found that in elderly
population this muscle is characterized by the thin muscular fascicles separated by the wide interlayers
of connective tissue. According to our data the greatest cross sectional area of muscular fascicles
(478 ± 63 μm2) was observed in adolescents and the lowest cross sectional area of muscular fascicles
(216 ± 40 μm2) was found in elderly people

Morphological changesof the gutas the result of acutehemorrhage
Abstract
In experiment on rats morphological changes of the gut depending on life expectancy as the result of acute
hemorrhage have been studied. During the first day in mucous tunic of the small intestine reduction of its
thickness, desquamation and necrosis of villi were marked, in 7,4 % of cases there were erosions and ulcers. The
quantity of mast cells with degranulation attributes was increasing from 3 o'clock till 7 o'clock, eosinophilic
leukocytes - from 12 o'clock till 24 o'clock. As a result dystrophic changes in ganglion cells of vegetative nervous
textures and in smooth muscle cells of a muscle coat led to paresis of the intestine. Changes in the small intestine
were characterized by greater expressiveness of dystrophic and necrotic injuries in comparison with the large
intestine

Abstract
The article shows a light and electron microscopic examination of the extracellular matrix,
angiogenesis and cellular microenvironment at dishormonal hyperplasia, fibroadenoma and breast
cancer. Shown that the extracellular matrix in fibroadenoma and hyperplasia dishormonal different
identity changes and is different in breast cancer. Microcirculatory component of breast cancer
characterized gistofiziologicheskaya heterogeneity, which manifests the activation of angiogenesis, the
relative differentiation of vessels and reg ¬ Ressie individual links microcirculation. Processes
stromoobrazovaniya hyperplasia and tumors of the breast associated with the presence of a certain
number of macrophages, lymphocytes and plasma cells.

In experiments on dogs showed that stimulyatornye reactions induced by electrical stimulation of the sympathetic nerve on
the background of a joint blockade of α-adrenergic fentolaminom and β-adrenoceptor propranolol almost completely
eliminated lizergolom-blocker S1, 2 receptors. In this introduction lizergola had no significant effects on both the background
motor activity of duodenal ulcer, and on the function of the vagus nerve. Concluded that the effector neuron with which
realized stimulyatorny phenomenon is serotonin, its effects are carried out with the help of S1, 2 - receptors of smooth
muscles

Effect of prolongedalcohol consumption ina free elections in the level of sexhormones
Abstract
In a free choice between 15 -% solution of ethanol and water in a group of 30 male Wistar
rats were distinguished 3 groups on the level of alcohol consumption. Body weight was
increased in groups with middle and high consumption of ethanol. The content of
gonadotropic hormones (LH and FSH) in animals, which consumed the maximum amount of
ethanol, compared with controls was reduced, while urovevn testosterone, both general and
free, were raised in direct proportion to the total amount of consumed ethanol. Index of ratio
of total testosterone increased in proportion to the free consumption of ethanol. Changing
the content in the blood serum of gonadotropic and sex hormones were correlated with the
level of alcohol consumption

Strengthening theLIPID PEROXIDATION ANDSERUM ALBUMIN compensatoryreactions in patients in therecovery period STROKE
Abstract
Studied the concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA), an effective (ECA) and total (OCA), the concentration of CA in 30
patients (cf. the age of 69 ± 8 years, 18 women, 12 men) and 17 healthy subjects of comparable age and sex. In 88% of
patients with AI showed an increase in MDA compared with the norm (P <0.01). The aim - to define the pathogenetic aspects
of the processes of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in blood plasma and functional activity of human serum albumin (SA) patients in
the recovery period (4-5 months) ischemic hemispheric stroke (AI). In patients with ischemic activation of LPO
pathogenetically associated with a decrease in acceptor ability of the CA. Reduction ECA noted in 80% of patients with
ischemic compared with normal (P <0,01). Thus, the recovery period, the AI increased lipid peroxidation is a violation of the
functional activity of the CA, which is accompanied by a decrease in compensatory reaction SA.

State of lipidmetabolism for the boy,living in the region iodinedeficiency
Abstract
The effect of subclinical thyroid function on the lipid spectrum of blood serum of young men living in
iodine deficiency region. The study involved 58 adolescents aged 15-18 years. Found that an increase in
TSH levels tended to change direction in the atherogenic lipid spectrum, compared with persons with
normal TSH. Identify linkages proved to be positive on all counts and the most pronounced between
TSH and the level of triglycerides, α-cholesterol, pre-β-cholesterol. Thus, adequate correction of iodine
deficiency can be attributed to a number of preventive measures to reduce the incidence of
cardiovascular disease.

Abstract
Oxidizing stress at diabetes mellitus ( DM) of type 2 characterized by the generation of free radicals, leading, in
particular, to oxidizing modification of albumens. It is rotined that modification of albumens takes place and at
subcompensation of carbohydrate exchange, however much maximal changes take place at decompensation of DM of
type 2 large durations. For the estimation of stage, orientation, expressed of oxidizing stress for the patients of DM of
type 2 it is suggested to use different parts of OMB and their correlations. Not enough for indemnification of
carbohydrate exchange breaking of vicious circle ( a generation of free radicals is oxidizing modification of albumens
is oxidization of lipids - generation of free radicals).

In this study weve evaluated psychic status of men and women with colorectal cancer of 3 and 4 stages before
an operation and after it.
Weve used Lushers color test, Spielberger test (Spielberger C. D., 1970) to evaluate the situational and
personal anxiety level processed by Hanina Y.L. [9] and personal anxiety scale according Tailor.
Weve discovered that patients, especially women, had serious stress reaction, had neurologic syndromes and
anxiety-depression condition with adaptation disorders.

The work demonstrates results got by the cardiorythmography method for the heart rhythm variability
analyses. The research work was held in the group of the female students (65 individuals) within the
framework of the ordinary working day during the examination session. The average age of the tested persons
is 17.25±0.52 years. The analyses of the data has revealed real vegetative nervous system changes in the psycho
emotional stress (according to the model of the test variant), that is - increase of the sympathetic part activity
and decrease of the parasympathetic part activity

Complex treatment of venoustrophic ulcers and the new conceptof pathogenesis
Abstract
Changing pneumatic compression has a stimulating activity on the processes of regeneration, it
stops the condition of stagnation of the trophic ulcer. Unfortunately the frequency of recurrence is not
predictable. Venous trophic ulcers have some peculiarities and it makes them different from trophic
ulcers of another origin. This is a phenomenon of independent progression of ulcer properties and their
exacerbation. Our examinations confirm the view of venous trophic ulcer as a system with closed
pseudo chaotic activity, it makes a clinic task: to change the condition of ulcer from the given one to
wound with consequences of restoring processes.

Abstract
The study involved 48 people (48 eyes) at 49-76 years of age with acute circulatory disturbances in the arterial system
of the organ of vision, including 28 women and 20 men. Hemodynamic parameters of the uveal blood flow by the
rheoophthalmography method (ROG) and ultrasound duplex scanning of carotid vessels were studied.
The rheoophthalmography method allows doctors to suggest the presence and the degree of ICA stricture formation
by the degree of ROG index changing. The early diagnosis of carotid artery pathology will give a chance to approach the
treatment subject differentially.
