本文旨在比较晚期增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变合并初期白内障的联合手术治疗方法(玻璃体视网膜手术加硅油填充联合初期白内障超声乳化术加人工晶状体植入术)和分期手术治疗方法(在玻璃体视网膜手术后,于第二阶段进行初期白内障超声乳化手术,并植入人工晶体,同时去除硅油)。考虑了有关该病的治疗策略的现代观点,考虑到了它的有效性,以及列出了每种手术方法的优点和缺点。
