Диагностика и стадирование офтальмологических проявлений реакции «трансплантат против хозяина» после аллогенной трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток

Аннотация
Реакция «трансплантат против хозяина» — частое осложнение аллогенной трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток. Данное состояние развивается у 40–70 % пациентов. Наиболее частые клинические проявления включают ксеротический кератоконъюнктивит и рубцовый конъюнктивит. Важно правильно диагностировать и классифицировать состояние глаз после операции. Реакция «трансплантат против хозяина» глаз может протекать как в классической острой, так и в хронической форме, острой с поздним началом и с синдромом перекрытия; может привести к значимым изменениям глазной поверхности, снижая качество жизни пациентов и ограничивая их повседневную активность. Регулярное наблюдение за состоянием глаз пациентов после трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток может способствовать раннему выявлению патологии и своевременному началу лечения, снижая риски развития необратимых изменений. Статья посвящена современным критериям диагностики и стадирования глазной реакция «трансплантат против хозяина».
