Abstract
Elferophoresis or electrophoretic determination of protein, gluco- and lipoprotein fractions of serum in diseases of the blood system is of considerable practical interest. Most authors note that with myeloid leukemia, there is an increase in globulins mainly due to the 2- and γ-fractions. A parallelism was revealed between the severity of the disease and the depth of the disturbance in the distribution of protein fractions.
