Abstract
Chronic pulmonary heart is an obligate complication of chronic obstructive bronchitis, determines the clinic and treatment of the terminal stage of this disease, leads to early disability and in most cases - to death. Despite a considerable flow of information about this complication, some peculiarities of hemodynamics, in particular the formation of pulmonary hypertension in such patients, remain poorly studied and controversial, which was the reason for performing the present work.
