Determination of the affinity parameters of factor VII to tissue thromboplastin (factor III) in double inverse coordinates (a) and Scatchard coordinates (b). Y is the activity of factor VII (min—1); C is the concentration of factor VII (mol); Kd is the dissociation constant; N, Nm is the number of binding sites on the surface, respectively, of factor III not treated with papain (1) and factor III treated with papain (2).
