Abstract
Treatment of dental anomalies often makes it difficult for patients to perform professional duties due to the need to use devices of various designs that violate speech and change the face, due to the duration of treatment, frequent visits to the orthodontic office for activation and correction -orthodontic devices. Therefore, in adult patients, the desire to be treated often does not coincide with their capabilities.
