Abstract
The result of replacing buttermilk with acidified milk in the nutrition of infants. А. В. Marfan и М. С hevalley (Soc. de ped. de Paris, № 5,1928) on 11 children, weak and hypotrophic, younger than 2 months, experienced the effect of acidified milk (8,0 acidi lactici per 1 liter of whole boiled cow's milk) instead of buttermilk, which these children had previously been fed.
