On the differential diagnosis of disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis and sarcoidosis

Abstract

The several diagnostic features for differentiation of tuberculosis and sarcoidosis are determined using the original support systems «HELPER-2» and «FVD-1» created in the Kazan medical institute. They are age, sex, smoking, the prominence of inflammation, shadow’s type and step of ventilating disorders.
