Abstract

Vidal's reaction was studied in dynamics in 200 patients (typhoid fever — 173, paratyphoid fever A — 6 and B — 21). All diseases arose as a result of household contact infections. Severe course was recorded in 40%, moderate - in 56% and mild - in 4% of cases.
