Abstract
Patient G., 24 years old, was admitted to the therapeutic department on 13 / II-58 with complaints of severe weakness, pain in the occiput, frequent attacks of dizziness when changing position, accompanied by loss of vision, pain and weakness in the arms, inability sometimes to hold even light item.
