Abstract
The problem of surgical treatment of acute cholecystitis continues to attract the attention of surgeons by its relevance. Proponents of the active direction recommend immediate surgical intervention as soon as the diagnosis of acute cholecystitis is established, excluding only mild cases from this rule. This is difficult to follow in practice, since the division of acute cholecystitis into "light" and "difficult" for the clinician is the most difficult task.
