Taking interest in the degree of weight loss during the first week in healthy puerperas with a nutritional regimen adopted in the clinic, according to the thought and instructions of the deeply respected prof. NF Tolochinov, we made the above observations according to a certain plan.

The excellent results obtained by modern surgery on uterine appendages seem to preclude any need for improved and generally accepted techniques, remaining after the removal of the diseased organ, for the suitability of these receptions has been the experience of many ten years and many thousands of cases that have taken place.
Between these there are many side effects, which are already manifested upon the recovery, and which have to be reckoned with, because they can cause unbearable pain and other unpleasant symptoms after the operation with the most favorable and successful outcome.

Every doctor knows the dangers that miscarriages often involve. Bleeding, rotten decomposition, inflammatory processes and death or prolonged sickness of the female genitalia, predisposition to subsequent miscarriages and infertility are the consequences of the miscarriage.
Practical midwifery has developed strict and precise methods of treatment, as in other issues, and there are differences of opinion among scientists in the treatment of miscarriage.

The main benefit of Murray's pliers is that they are easy to accept in different pelvis types, whereas ordinary axial pliers are only good with the right pelvis

The diagnosis of such a gap is sometimes very difficult. Signs of it are very uncertain, the phenomena of the current are so weak that patients who came to the hospital without outside help left without a diagnosis. The symptoms of bladder rupture are more constant: a burning sensation in the lower abdomen and a frequent urge to urinate, with which small amounts of bloody urine are emitted.

Dr. Gray in 1887 discovered this method of determining pregnancy in the first weeks. Mix the urine into the assay tube (about 1 1/4 inch with 1/3 of this amount of Tizon's magnesia fluid; in the sediment for 15-20 minutes, three-phosphates will be obtained.

The extreme rarity of such sicknesses is proven as if the author had already found nothing about them in English textbooks.
In the first case, the paraplegia developed in a 24-year-old woman after three births; the subsequent ones were completed by manual separation of a bigger place, made without violence and with subsequent uterine washing. The disease was noticed 36 hours after delivery: the legs were lying in ecstasy and the muscles felt stiffened, only in the heel some mobility was preserved.

Even from the time when various methods of fixing the uterus were first proposed, two camps were formed in gynecologists, with some indicating the advantages of vaginofixation, while others were for ventrofixation.

Anyone who had to get acquainted with osteomalacia was probably amazed at the mass of theories proposed on the basis of a whole series of experiments and clinical data to solve the issue of the pathogenesis of this disease. One of the most important places among these theories is the one that is based on the fact, first noticed by Fehling, who stated that osteomalacia is cured by osteomalacia.

Having expounded in detail the existing in the literature on this account views and given them a proper assessment, A. on the basis of his three cases and the clinical material of prof. Mangiagalli (23 cases) comes to certain conclusions.
