Abstract

The author has produced in the last time 18 uterus excision by means of abdominal section for the sake of removal of fibroids (uterus). Previously, he operated on the extra-abdominal method with the help of pulp, and the mortality rate was very high; the intraperitoneal route gave Duncan much better results.
