Abstract
Climacteric syndrom is one of the most frequent complains among females in perimenopausal period that leads to significant deterioration of health. Complex of syptoms— vegetovascular, neuro—psychick, trophic disorders and menstrual disorders is caused by age process of steroidogenesis. The use of combined estrogen—hestagen medicine in perimenopausal period is proved pathogenetically, however every fith woman has climacteric disorders during the breakes of taking two—phase replacable medicine. In this case, it is reasonable to take three— phase replacable medicine, that contain changeable dosage of estrogens throughout the whole period of treatment.
