Интрон-содержащий транскрипт — эволюционно-консервативная особенность генов-ортологов nxf1 (nuclear export factor)

Аннотация

Характерной особенностью генов nxf1 у животных, принадлежащих к разным таксонам, является существование альтернативного транскрипта с гомологичным интроном, названным кассетным. Выявленные особенности кассетных интронов сохраняются в пределах определенной таксономической группы животных. Наличие эволюционно консервных последовательностей интрона 10–11 в генах nxf1 у позвоночных и присутствие двух протяженных последовательностей поли(А) в интроне 5–6 генов nxf1 дрозофилид могут быть адаптивными. Обсуждается возможная функциональная значимость интрон-содержащих транскриптов генов nxf1.
