Abstract
Objective: identification of pathopsychological symptoms in the process of formation of adaptation disorders in military personnel who have undergone military service on conscription. Materials and methods. A total of 154 people was examined, of which 54 people with a diagnosis of “Adaptation Disorder” and 100 people with successful military professional adaptation. The psychological characteristics of servicemen with a diagnosis of “Adaptation Disorder” (F43) were studied at the stage of conscription, in the first month of conscription and during inpatient treatment in psychiatric departments of military medical institutions. Results. The dynamics of adaptive capabilities, personality traits, and a predisposition to suicidal and deviant behavior and ways of opposing in conflict of subjects with an adaptation disorder are established; the dynamics of the formation of pathopsychological symptoms during the formation of adaptation disorders in military personnel undergoing military service on conscription was revealed. Conclusion. Signs of neuropsychiatric non resilience are observed in the examined military personnel already at the stage of conscription for military service, and they intensify during the period of adaptation to military service, reaching the level of pathopsychological manifestations (6 tables; bibliography: 6 refs).
